I have seen lots of people asking in various forums about how to set up dial-up networking between their Verizon Motorola V710 phone and their bluetooth enabled Pocket PC. Well here is an F.A.Q. that I found on one forum. I will eventually write my own, but this one works for now.
P.S. This faq is written for Pocket PC's using Windows Mobile 2003 or Windows Mobile 2003 SE. I'm not sure how to go about setting this up on Pocket PC 2002, or Pocket PC 2000, but I'd assume that it would be similar.

1) First things first, the phone needs to be paired with your Pocket PC. Do this by going into your bluetooth manager on your Pocket PC (I would imagine that this could be a bit different depending on what Pocket PC or bluetooth card you are using).
Somewhere there should be an option to search for bluetooth devices in the area. That is th option that you want. At the same time, you will need to make your phone discoverable by your Pocket PC. This is done by hitting, on the phone, menu > 7 > * > select. Next go down to 'Setup' and hit select. Last hit select on 'Find Me'.
Now that your phone is in find me mode you'll have to be quick (it only stays that way for about 60 seconds). During that 60 seconds is when you will need to use the search function on your Pocket PC. If you Pocket PC finds your phone, you should see a PIN entry screen come up on both the Pocket PC and the phone, just use 0000 on both.

Everything from here on is going to be on the Pocket PC, nothing more needs to be done to the phone.
2) Tap start > settings > connections tab > connections.
3) Add new modem connection. 4) Enter Name: Verizon (or whatever you want).
5) Select a modem: Bluetooth Dialup Modem.
6) Enter phone number: #777.
7) Tap "Use Dialing Rules".
8) Tap "Edit".
9) Tap "Dialing Patterns".
10) Remove all but "g" from each line.
11) Tap "Ok" > "Ok" > "Ok".
12) Tap "Next".
13) Enter user name: XXXXXXXXXX@vzw3g.com (replace the x's with your ten-digit phone number).
14) Enter password: vzw.
15) Tap advanced.
16) Use baud rate 115,200.
17) Uncheck "wait for dial tone".
18) Tap "Ok".
19) Tap "Finished".
20) Tap "Ok" > "Ok".

That should be all the settings you need to set up. You are now ready to connect.
From the today screen (or whatever screen strikes your fancy), tap the little "x" to the left of the speaker icon. Tap the blue "#777" in the dialog box. You should now connect.
